Hi! We’re Nick & Damon. We’re two experienced British digital marketers who met on a 5-a-side football pitch in Medellin, Colombia. In 2023, we decided to put our footballing rivalry to one side, combine our high-value skill sets, and put them to work in the field we’re passionate about.
So we started Nurture Digital to help camps, academies, and sporting events companies attract, nurture & convert more leads into happy paying customers with professional sales funnel optimization and marketing automation frameworks.

Hi, I’m Nick (the tall guy on the left in the Gi) and our head of email marketing & marketing automation.
When I’m not strategizing, copywriting, or helping businesses grow, you’ll find me on the mats (usually desperately trying to escape side control) or being run ragged by a young golden retriever.
Years ago, I quit my Saas sales & marketing role to try something different. Something more in line with life goals. Basically, I wanted the freedom to travel the world and not be stuck in an office wondering what could have been…
Now I’m settled in Colombia and helping businesses automate their marketing and optimize their sales systems so they have more time to spend on what they’re passionate about.
And introducing Damon…
Damo is has attended and worked at multiple camps in the US, and is now one of the most sought-after Facebook Ads experts in the UK.
Recently, he swapped Colombia for Australia (nothing to do with the hat trick I scored past him in our last game, I’m sure).
Damon has a successful online advertising portfolio that shows his ability to work with a range of people and quickly adapt to any market.
His technical expertise in the Facebook platforms ensures that he gets results, and he gets them FAST.
Putting the customer first, Damon is a great communicator with great emphasis on updating the client on performance, ad optimization strategies, and ensuring that there is 360 transparency.
